Valuations are of great importance for our client portfolio as they often deal with changes in their captable due to investment rounds, (good and bad) leavers, and exits via private equity or mergers. A unique service from our office is the valuation of privately traded businesses and equity, often for tax purposes. In this context, we conduct valuations of special class shares, as well as valuations of businesses for potential sales or investment rounds.
