Amy van Zutphen
Tax compliance / Tax Advisor
Amy van Zutphen (1993) studied Business Economics in Amsterdam and then completed a master’s degree in Tax Law at Nyenrode Business University. With this combination of business economics and tax expertise, she has a broad view of both the commercial and tax aspects of companies.
After starting her career at EY, she consciously chose smaller firms and teams, where collaboration, short lines of communication and personal involvement are central. In her work, she focuses primarily on compliance and advice regarding income and corporate income tax. She is known for her ability to solve complex tax issues — the “big puzzle pieces” — carefully and efficiently, with files that are always in order.
She lives with her boyfriend near the Amsterdam Arena. In her free time, she enjoys running, dancing and tries to keep up her piano playing. Music plays an important role in her life — from classical concerts to festivals — and she has a secret fascination with airplanes.
