Ömer Yalcin (1994) is a technically driven tax specialist at Novera. He supports clients on a wide range of topics, from daily issues to more complex processes such as reorganizations, M&A transactions and (management) participation plans. With extensive experience in corporate income tax, personal income tax and payroll tax, he guides family businesses, (entrepreneurial) high-net-worth individuals and fast-growing companies in the innovative life sciences & health sector.

Ömer studied Tax Law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has been a lecturer at Utrecht University since this academic year, where he teaches the introductory master’s course in tax law. Besides his professional work, he enjoys family life with two young children and likes to play (indoor) football competitively.
