Ron van Steijn (1962) is an experienced tax lawyer, specialized in international tax law and payroll taxes, among other areas. He studied tax law at Leiden University, where he graduated in 1987. Ron’s clients include national and international companies with global mobility issues, family offices, owner-directors, family businesses and real estate companies. In addition, he regularly advises on management participation plans.

During his career, Ron has worked at renowned firms such as PwC, Loyens & Loeff and KPMG Meijburg & Co. Since 2021, Ron has been a partner at Novera. Ron speaks fluent English, German and French.

As a passionate skier and padel player, he enjoys, alongside his professional career, quality time with his family. Ron is married and the proud father of two “adult” children.
